We were the financial advisor in arranging the financing for a DM 200 million (about $120million) Venture Capital Fund for Germany managed by ALLIED CAPITAL.

We carried out a seminar on acquisitions of World Bank financed contracts. We assisted BOSCH in its follow-up on a bid for a $5 million telecommunications contract in Asia financed by the World Bank.

We represent BIVAC, one subsidiary of BUREAU VERITAS, in Washington, in particular at the IMF, the World Bank and the interamerican Development bank, increase there BIVAC's familarity, and state Interest in certain contract/projects. We functioned as advisors for BIVAC at the time of the execution of a Procurement Audit for the World Bank. 

We assisted CES in the acquisition of World Bank financed consulting contracts. This included identification of projects, expression of interest, short lists, preparation of proposals and follow-up during evaluation of bids, award, and contract execution, including payments and resolution of disputes.

EIBB

Under the umbrella of the Enterprise Institution Building Bureau (EIBB) of Uzbekistan and the World Bank, we provided consulting services to Uzbek enterprises in need of restructuring their operations.

We were the financial advisor to this start-up telecommunications company. We prepared the business plan and we identified and negotiated with potential joint venture partners and venture capital funds. In addition we have been marketing the product in both North America and Latin America.

We prepared a strategic study for OMV's board on business opportunities in the world wide environmental business (water and sewerage projects, management contracts, concessions, BOT).

PATTON BOGGS LLP

We provided for a client of Patton Boggs a strategy paper, which brouhgt the possibility for a South American country, to place the treasury bonds on the international capital markets.

We represented Philipp Holzmann in the United States. Philipp Holzmann specializes in general construction, infrastructure and industrial engineering. We work to find potential World Bank projects that coincide with the expertise Philipp Holzmann offers to construction and infrastructure projects. We also worked to identify corporation prospects for Holzman within the United States.

We assisted PREUSSAG in acquisitions of World Bank financed contracts and their financial engineering. This included identification of projects, pre-qualification, preparation of proposals, and follow-up during evaluations of bids, and award and contract execution, including payments and resolution of disputes.  We carried out a seminar on acquisitions of World Bank financed contracts and current trends in World Bank policy

We helped RuhrWasser in the acquisition of management -, lease and offering contracts in Water sector, including World Bank finance or more guaranteed Projects, as well as their financial structuring. This includes presentations to the executive committee of Ruhrwasser.

TWC

We were advising this US based Hotel Company to raise financing for the construction of a hotel in the Czech Republic. We identified several banks that were interested in financing a 100 room, 3 star hotel and we were negotiating the terms of such financing.

We identified several international projects of interest in VEW and helped to acquire them.

We evaluated the potential for privatization of the financial and electricity sectors in a Middle Eastern country and developed a privatization plan for Haiti.
